Almaty Su has postponed scheduled works on water supply networks in the Bostandyk district, which were previously planned for August 13. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
The company's press service said the postponement is due to the need to resolve technical issues that have arisen.
New dates unknown
New dates and a work schedule are promised to be announced in advance. Currently, water supply is operating as normal.
Previous plans
Earlier, Kursiv reported that from 21:00 on August 13 to 06:00 on August 14, part of the Bostandyk district was planned to temporarily shut off cold water due to preventive works. The restrictions were to affect the area within the contour of Al-Farabi Avenue, Nazarbayev, Abai, Baizakov streets, the Botanical Garden, and Yergozhin Street.
