A foreigner was arrested for harassing a woman in Almaty. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Police officers of the Medeu district of Almaty detained a foreign tourist who had arrived in Kazakhstan the day before. On the Terrenkur walking alley, he grabbed an unfamiliar woman by the buttock.
Court decision
By a court decision, the man was arrested for 15 days. Police also sent materials to the court to decide the issue of deporting the foreigner.

Police noted that any actions violating public order and the rights of citizens receive a principled legal assessment.
