Police noted that by law they do not interfere with festive events, public recreation, or the leisure activities of city residents. However, the main task of internal affairs bodies is to ensure safety in public places and prevent offenses and possible incidents.
"During raid operations in the Arbat pedestrian zone at night, 28 teenagers were identified who were moving without their legal representatives. Administrative materials have been collected against their parents," police said.
The legislation prohibits minors from being outside their residence without legal representatives from 23:00 to 06:00.
