In Almaty, officers of the Department for Combating Drug Crime stopped the illegal activity of a minor girl suspected of involvement in drug distribution. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
In the Medeu district, police stopped a taxi. There were three underage girls in the car. According to operational data, one of them was engaged in drug distribution by hiding drugs in caches. Whether the other two girls were aware of this and their possible involvement will be determined during the investigation.
What was found during the search
During a personal search, numerous bundles wrapped in colored insulating tape were seized from the suspect. Inside them, substances of plant origin and, according to preliminary data, synthetic drugs in the form of crystals were found.
Suspect's confession
"The suspect admitted in her testimony that she distributed drugs by hiding them in caches," police officers said.
Investigation ongoing
Currently, police are establishing who involved the teenager in criminal activity, the drug supply channels, and the organizers of the illegal scheme. The reasons that led the underage girl to this path, as well as issues related to parental control and upbringing, are being thoroughly studied.
The police urge parents not to leave their children's leisure time, online contacts, and social circle unattended.
