A man in Almaty who smashed a beauty salon window after betting with a friend has been held accountable. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Police received a report from residents of the Medeu district. According to witnesses, an unknown man broke the outer glass of the salon and entered inside. Police detained the suspect at the scene.
It was established that the man had consumed alcohol. When asked what prompted the act, he said he had made a bet with a friend: "I'll break the glass and can get into the salon."
In Semey, a man deliberately smashed an intercom and a camera. This was reported on October 6.
