The emergency was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES). According to the ministry, the teenagers strayed from the tourist trail near Ayusai waterfall and were unable to descend on their own.

Employees of the city's Center for Monitoring and Operational Response went to help. They found the teenagers in the Bostandyk district and escorted them to the Ayusai visitor center, where they were handed over to their parents.

According to the MES, the teenagers did not require medical assistance.

The MES reminded that before going into the mountains, it is necessary to plan the route in advance, take into account the weather and the time of sunset. Tourists are advised not to leave the trails and to calculate their strength.
