In Almaty, since the beginning of the year, it has been found that more than 1,300 cars have harmful emissions exceeding the established norms. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to Eco Almaty representatives, during monitoring conducted since the beginning of the year, 5,496 cars were inspected. Of these, 1,301 cars, i.e., every fourth inspected car, were found to have emissions of harmful substances exceeding the established standards.
Administrative protocols were drawn up for the identified violations.
