The Almaty Police Department reported that last night in the Alatau district of Almaty, a 20-year-old girl fell from the tenth floor of a residential complex. During the fall, she hit a metal canopy on the first floor and then landed on the ground. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
"The victim was urgently hospitalized. She is currently in serious condition, and doctors are continuing to fight for her life," police said.
According to preliminary data, shortly before the incident, a conflict occurred between the girl and her boyfriend. All circumstances of the incident are being established.
Earlier, Kursiv reported that a woman died after falling from the fifth floor of a residential complex in Almaty. The tragic incident occurred near midnight on June 5 in the Nauryzbai district. According to preliminary police data, the deceased was a woman born in 1988.
In connection with this fact, the police department of the Nauryzbai district initiated a criminal case. Necessary investigative actions are currently underway.
