A woman in Almaty who mistook a police uniform for a Halloween costume has been fined a large sum. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to police, the woman committed provocative actions against a police officer who was performing his official duties. The incident occurred on the Arbat pedestrian street.
The woman, holding a camera, approached the police officer and asked whether his uniform was "not a Halloween costume?" The video spread online and sparked heated discussion.
According to official information, the 47-year-old woman was fined 129,750 thousand.
