In the mountainous area of the Almaty region, a girl fell from a cliff and was injured. The incident occurred near Bukreev Peak at an altitude of 3010 meters above sea level. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Rescuers from the Republican Rescue Service 'Barys' of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Rescue Service of the Almaty City Emergency Department, conducted a rescue operation. According to preliminary information, the girl fell from a cliff, sustained a head injury, and could not move independently.

Before the rescuers arrived, first aid was provided by a witness to the incident. A helicopter of JSC 'Kazaviaspas' was involved for evacuation and transportation. Later, the girl was delivered to the 'Medeu' helipad and handed over to the medical team of the Emergency Medicine Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
