A fire at a plastic products workshop in the Talgar district of the Almaty region has been contained. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
Location of the fire
The fire occurred on the Kulzha highway. An operational firefighting headquarters was established on site, and an uninterrupted water supply was organized.
Firefighting efforts
Firefighters are working on three combat sectors. Six water hoses were deployed to extinguish the fire.
Casualties
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, there are no casualties. The causes of the fire and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
Fire in Almaty
Earlier, Kursiv reported that a fire occurred in a ten-story residential complex on Zhunisov Street in the Nauryzbai district of Almaty. Rescuers evacuated 28 people, including 13 children. The fire was extinguished, with no deaths or injuries.
