According to them, the school, built in 1979, is in an emergency condition. Residents say: "Instead of celebrating and wasting money, let them repair our school." Currently, more than 250 students are studying at this school. However, the building has not seen major repairs for many years. The current condition of the building is approaching an emergency level. Who is responsible for the safety and lives of 250 children?
