In Almaty, motorists have begun decorating cars with fake blood, bloody handprints and dummy human limbs ahead of Halloween. Police warned that such decorations could pose a danger to traffic, and if rules are violated, drivers face administrative liability. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Some car owners decided to celebrate the holiday in an unusual way, turning their vehicles into decorations from horror films. Imitations of bloody trails have appeared on car bodies, and objects resembling human limbs hang from the trunks of some cars.

However, Almaty police consider such decorations a dubious form of entertainment. According to law enforcement, a realistic imitation of the consequences of a crime can alarm passersby and other motorists, trigger calls to emergency services and distract drivers' attention from the road.

Police noted that such actions could affect public order. Law enforcement urged drivers to be careful with festive decorations and not to violate the safety and peace of others.

Recall that earlier it was reported that various events are being held in Almaty in connection with the Halloween celebration. However, this time some citizens decided to celebrate the holiday in an unusual way with their cars.

According to the police warning, if drivers violate traffic rules, administrative liability will be applied to them. It is not specified under which article the penalty will be applied.

It is worth noting that Halloween is a holiday widely spread in Western countries, and in recent years interest in it has been growing in Kazakhstan as well. However, in traditional Kazakh society, attitudes toward this holiday vary.

Earlier, Kursiv Media published a video about the decoration of cars on Almaty streets in connection with Halloween. The video shows cars decorated with bloody trails and dummy human limbs.

Police representatives urged citizens to maintain public order during festive events and not to cause inconvenience to others.
