In Almaty, ahead of Halloween, some drivers decided to turn their cars into moving holiday decorations. On city roads, one can encounter vehicles with "bloody" tracks and "human limbs" hanging out of the trunk. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Some drivers chose to celebrate Halloween this way. However, such decorations can frighten people and cause unfounded calls to emergency services.
According to police information: "Items transported in vehicles must not limit the driver's visibility or interfere with driving." Police reminded that the driver may be held liable.
