The Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan has presented an updated draft of the initial military training textbook. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.

The textbooks for 10th-11th graders and college students teach how to correctly assess situations, know action algorithms in crisis moments, and provide first aid to victims.

According to the center's head, Aigul Tulembayeva, the new system of initial military training should meet modern requirements and form qualities in young people necessary both in military service and in everyday life, as well as during emergencies. The content of the textbooks is aimed at developing critical thinking, leadership qualities, psychological resilience, teamwork skills, and safe behavior.

The draft of the textbook also takes into account the unified educational program "Adal Azamat". Experts in combat training, IT technologies, unmanned aerial systems, military historians, psychologists, doctors, topographers, and other specialists were involved in its development.

The textbooks in the new edition will be tested in educational institutions this year.
