Higgsfield co-founder Alex Mashrabov has obtained Kazakh citizenship. His passport was presented by the Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, Jaslan Madiyev. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
The minister wrote about this on his social media page. According to him, on October 30, 2026, the head of state, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, signed the relevant decree granting Alex Mashrabov Kazakh citizenship.
«The President pays special attention to the development of artificial intelligence and the support of talents. We want specialists who create future technologies to link their plans with Kazakhstan and find in our country the necessary opportunities to implement their ideas,» wrote Jaslan Madiyev.
The minister noted that the achievements of Alex Mashrabov and his colleagues will serve as an example for Kazakh youth. He also said that by working in Kazakhstan, one can create world-class technologies, compete with leading companies, and enter international markets.
«Alex, thank you for your trust in Kazakhstan and for choosing to become a citizen of our country. Together we will support talents, create new products, and strengthen Kazakhstan's technological potential,» the minister concluded.
