Two more citizens have been held accountable for using obscene language on social media. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during monitoring of the Internet space, police officers identified a video recording with obscene language on the social networks TikTok and Instagram. As a result of the check, the identity of the author, the offender, was established.
He is Sanat Nurtayev, a 38-year-old resident of the Aktobe region. The said citizen was brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with current legislation.
In addition, a resident of Pavlodar was arrested for 20 days for a similar offense. During a live broadcast, a man, while driving a car, publicly used obscene words and showed disrespect to others. In addition, the driver was driving without a seat belt, police said.
Police officers promptly identified his identity. The offender turned out to be Aslan Amantayev, a 26-year-old resident of Pavlodar. He was brought to administrative responsibility and arrested for 20 days.
The police warn that illegal content published on social networks, including during live broadcasts, will not remain without legal assessment.
