Delegates of the II Congress of the 'Adilet' party unanimously supported the formation of a full-fledged regional network, the party reported. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Party branches will be established and registered in all regions of Kazakhstan, as well as in cities of republican significance. Additionally, the congress approved the Regulation on the branch of the 'Adilet' party.

The party noted that this decision opens a new stage of organizational development and will ensure the permanent presence of 'Adilet' at the local level.

Presenting the draft Regulation on the party branch, member of the Bureau of the Political Council and secretary of the congress Gulzira Atabayeva stated that the adoption of the document completes the formation of the party's organizational basis and defines uniform principles for the work of regional structures.

According to her, branches will be created on a territorial basis and operate as part of a unified party system.

"The Regulation on the branch is one of the basic documents that defines how our party will work in the regions, how its territorial structures will be built, how decisions will be made locally, and how discipline, control, and responsibility will be ensured," Atabayeva noted.

Member of the Political Council Burikhan Nurmukhamedov stated that after the state registration stage is completed, the party moves to practical organizational construction.

"The fate of the party is decided in the regions — that is where the main front of our work lies. That is where citizens' trust is formed. That is where people daily evaluate the party by concrete actions, initiatives, and results," Nurmukhamedov emphasized.

Representative of the youth patriotic movement 'Dala Kyrandary' Madi Rymzhanov noted the special role of strong regional organizations in the party's development.

"The true strength of any political organization is determined by its ability to be close to people, hear their demands, and effectively represent their interests in every region of the country," Rymzhanov said.

According to member of the Political Council Dmitry Pavlenko, the creation of branches is a necessary condition for effective party work and further development.

"The party regional network provides a direct link between the center and citizens locally, serving as the foundation for sustainable development and effective work of any political force," Pavlenko noted.

A separate section of the Regulation is devoted to issues of openness, accountability, and internal control. According to the document, regional divisions will operate on the principles of transparency of decisions and responsibility to party members and society.

Following the vote, delegates unanimously supported the decision to create and register branches of the 'Adilet' party and approved the Regulation on the party branch.
