Today, the 3rd extraordinary congress of the Adilet party is taking place in Astana. At the congress, delegates approved the amount of party membership fees. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.
For working citizens, the monthly fee will be 0.1 MCI (432.5 tenge), for students — 0.01 MCI (43.25 tenge). At the same time, pensioners, Kazakhstanis with disabilities, parents on parental leave, as well as legal representatives of children with disabilities are completely exempt from paying membership fees.
By the way, the membership fee in the AMANAT party was also 0.1 MCI per year.
In addition, congress participants made changes to 40 provisions of the charter. The amendments are grouped into three blocks. The first is aimed at bringing the charter in line with the new Constitution of Kazakhstan and current legislation. The second provides for improving the system of intra-party governance. The third block is dedicated to editorial and systemic revision of the document.
After considering organizational issues, delegates proceeded to discuss the party's election program and approve the party list of candidates for the Kurultai.
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that AMANAT members will not automatically transfer to Adilet.
