Rauan Kenzhekhanuly, a member of the political council of the Adilet party, stated how many seats the new political organization aims to win in the Kurultai. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
At today's congress of Adilet, a decision was made to accept AMANAT into the party. Representatives of the newly formed political organization also intend to participate in the upcoming Kurultai elections.
"A force that enjoys such comprehensive support should have no restrictions in achieving its goals. We will try to get as many seats as possible," Kenzhekhanuly said at a briefing after the congress.
It is worth noting that on July 1, the new Constitution of Kazakhstan comes into force. According to it, a unicameral parliament - the Kurultai - will be established. Also, a People's Council will be created, which can initiate laws.
