Public figure Rauan Kenzhekhanuly said that after President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's speech on State Symbols Day, the Adilet party received many appeals from public organizations. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

According to him, on June 4, the head of state called on the public to unite around the idea of a Just Kazakhstan. After that, Kenzhekhanuly noted, the party received a wide response.

"After that, we received a wide response, there were very many appeals. Today we specially invited more than 30 large, leading public organizations of the country. They are participating today as guests of our congress," he said at a briefing.

Kenzhekhanuly also commented on the decision of the AMANAT party to join Adilet. He recalled that the day before, AMANAT held a congress where it made the corresponding decision.

"Yesterday, you know, there was a congress of the AMANAT party, where colleagues from the AMANAT party decided to join. Today we accepted this proposal, and our delegates unanimously voted for this decision," the public figure noted.

According to him, consultations between the parties took place before the vote.

"We communicated, we thought about how it should be done correctly. You saw, it was public knowledge. Yesterday AMANAT held its congress. A decision was made there. Today, having received this proposal at our congress, after discussing it with the delegates, we voted to accept the proposal of the AMANAT party," Kenzhekhanuly said.

He also emphasized that the party should be based on the opinions, positions and proposals of its members. According to him, Adilet is a horizontal public organization consisting of its members.

"These are not just people who became members, these are new ideas, these are proposals. Therefore, today at this congress, making a decision to launch work on creating a wide branch network, we hope to receive proposals, ideas and constructive thoughts on how to bring the idea of justice in Kazakhstan to life," he noted.

Kenzhekhanuly added that the provisions of the new Constitution will form the basis of the party's work. According to him, among the initiators of the creation of Adilet were people who participated in the preparation of the text of the new Constitution as part of a large commission.

"The idea to create such a party was born there, based on the tasks set by the new Constitution. The big task is to ensure the rule of law, so that laws, rules, norms are uniform for everyone," he said.

According to the public figure, on this basis, every person should get an equal chance regardless of whether he works in public service, business or the public sphere.

Kenzhekhanuly also commented on the possible transition of AMANAT members to Adilet. He noted that each person makes a decision about membership in a particular party individually.

"We, of course, will make every effort to appeal to all members of the AMANAT party with an offer to join the Adilet party. Whether they accept this offer, whether they join the ranks of the Adilet party is their individual decision," he said.

He added that an application to join the party can be submitted through digital platforms.

Earlier, Kursiv wrote that Adilet delegates unanimously voted for the accession of the AMANAT party. The decision was supported by 613 people, with no votes against or abstentions.
