US presidential special envoy Steven Witkoff stated that at the talks in Abu Dhabi, representatives of Russia and Ukraine will discuss de-escalation of the conflict and post-war security issues. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Witkoff wrote about the main topics of the meeting, which is being held with US mediation, on the social network X.
"The discussion will focus on post-war security agreements, de-escalation, humanitarian issues, and next steps toward achieving peace," he noted.
Recall that Witkoff had previously announced that trilateral talks on Ukraine would take place on November 10-11.
