Two sawmills operating without permits in the water protection zone of the Abai region came to the attention of the prosecutor's office. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

The owners of the sawmills were brought to administrative responsibility and fined 15 and 25 MCI (64,875 and 108,125 tenge).
