The robot dog's work
The footage shows a robot dog approaching a man smoking on a bench in a park and informing him of a violation of the law.
"The Police Department of the Abai region warns: smoking in public places entails liability under Article 441 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses," the robot dog says.
