Additionally, today the world marks the International Day of Journalists' Solidarity. This holiday was established in 1958 at the IV Congress of the International Organization of Journalists in Bucharest. According to the congress delegates, on this day journalists worldwide should demonstrate their unity, especially in protecting their rights. The date was chosen due to the tragic events of September 8, 1943, in Germany, when Czechoslovak journalist and anti-fascist writer Julius Fučík was executed.

This evening is a time to gather with family for a festive meal. Whether you spend it with loved ones, friends, your cat, or your dog, it doesn't matter. The main thing is to sit in the kitchen, recharge for the week, and eat well.
