In East Kazakhstan region, 69-year-old Tatyana Riger received a Kazakh citizen's ID card for the first time in her life. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to Ridder police, the woman had lived for a long time without a modern identity document. Previously, she had used a 1974 Soviet passport, but later lost it.
Due to life circumstances, Tatyana Vladimirovna had not been able to reissue her documents for a long time. Recently, she applied to the migration service of Ridder. Officers helped her collect the necessary documents, conducted appropriate checks, and sent inquiries to competent state bodies.
After all necessary procedures were completed, at the end of August, Tatyana Vladimirovna received a Kazakh citizen's ID card for the first time.
