According to forecasters, the weather will change sharply over most of Kazakhstan. Unstable weather is expected in the western, northern, central and eastern regions. Thunderstorms and rain are expected. On July 16-17, some areas may experience heavy hail and strong winds.
In the west, due to precipitation, the heat will gradually decrease, daytime temperatures will be +22+35°C. In the north, the mercury will drop to +21+36°C. In the center and east of the country, the air will warm up to +41°C.
In the south, southeast and southwest, it will be hot in some areas. No precipitation is expected, only in the mountainous areas of the southeast thunderstorms are possible. Daytime temperatures will reach +41+46°C, which is above the climatic norm, Kazhydromet reports.
