In Kazakhstan, over 440 artificial intelligence (AI) agents have been developed under the AI-Sana program. This was announced by Minister of Science and Higher Education Sayasat Nurbek at a government meeting. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to the minister, special attention is currently being paid to the digitalization of higher education. The main task is to integrate all key processes from a student's admission to university to receiving a diploma into a single system.
What AI solutions have been implemented?
Today, the UNT certificate is available in the eGov system, and AI-proctoring and AI-Talapker have been launched. Basic data on students and graduates is collected on a unified higher education platform.

The following AI solutions are planned to be introduced into the educational process:

"An initial base has been formed in this direction. Over 440 AI agents have been developed under the AI-Sana program. In the upcoming academic year, the 3rd and 4th stages of the program will be implemented," Nurbek said.
Astana Hub program
It is worth noting that Astana Hub has begun accepting applications for a program to master in-demand IT specialties. Under the program, participants can receive a nominal voucher of up to 500,000 tenge for offline training and up to 400,000 tenge for online or hybrid training.
