Forecasters have declared storm warnings in several regions of Kazakhstan for October 31. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Kursiv Media.

Zhetisu Region

In the Zhetisu region, the wind will be northeast, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in the area of the Alakol lakes. At night, frosts of 3-8 degrees are expected across the region.
