Today is International Industrial Design Day. The holiday was established by the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design in 2007. International Day of the Tropics
Also today, the International Day of the Tropics is celebrated. The holiday was established by the UN General Assembly to raise awareness about challenges in tropical regions. Additionally, the holiday aims to highlight the important role of tropical countries in sustainable development.
