The government has approved the conditions for assigning benefits. According to the resolution, the list includes 10 types of benefits. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
Types of benefits
The list includes:
- 01a one-time state benefit in connection with the birth of a child;
- 02a monthly state benefit for child care;
- 03a monthly state benefit for large families;
- 04a monthly state benefit for awarded mothers with many children;
- 05a state social benefit for disability;
- 06a state social benefit in the event of loss of a breadwinner;
- 07a special state benefit;
- 08a state benefit for persons caring for a person with first-group disability;
- 09a state benefit for persons raising a child with a disability;
- 10a special professional state benefit.
Principle of need
Benefits are assigned based on the principle of need, based on an objective assessment of the family's social well-being. This requirement does not apply to some types of benefits.
In addition, the right to receive benefits, as well as a one-time funeral payment, is not granted to persons classified in accordance with the methodology as categories with high social well-being (level "A") and affluent (level "B").
Consent to data processing
To receive a benefit, citizens must consent to the collection and processing of personal data, including banking and other secrets protected by law. Information on credits and loans is also taken into account.
When it takes effect
