In Kazakhstan, more than 20 streamers have been brought to administrative responsibility for violating the law. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
According to Polisia.kz, the streamers, seeking to gain views, likes, and donations, used profanity, showed indecent behavior, organized dangerous pranks, and insulted other citizens during live broadcasts.
For example, 48-year-old Yerbol Duisenbayev from Shymkent used obscene words during a live broadcast on TikTok. By court decision, he was administratively arrested for 10 days.
44-year-old Gulmira Kassenova from Taldykorgan violated public order and used profanity during a live broadcast on TikTok. She had previously been held liable for similar offenses; this time she was fined.
In Pavlodar, 26-year-old Aslan Amantayev conducted a live broadcast while driving, used profanity, and did not wear a seatbelt. By court decision, he was administratively arrested for 20 days.
Additionally, in Turkistan, Bayan Shankeyeva, known by the nicknames "bayan_kyz", "fatima.sh0000", and "fatima_s003", was held liable. She used obscene words and showed aggressive behavior in live broadcasts. The court imposed an administrative fine on her.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that it will continue systematic work to cleanse the digital space of illegal content and bring to responsibility citizens who violate public order.
