From July 10, a toll system will be introduced on several roads, reports Sputnik Kazakhstan citing the national company KazAvtoZhol. This was reported by Qazaqyia.kz citing Sputnik Kazakhstan.
On July 10, the toll system will be introduced on the following roads: - "Karaganda – Balkhash – Burylbaytal" (annual subscription can be issued by residents of Bukhar-Zhyrau, Abai, Shet, Aktogay, Moyynkum, Zhambyl districts, as well as Balkhash and Priozersk); - Burylbaytal – Kurty (annual subscription can be issued by users registered in Zhambyl and Ile districts).
The permitted speed on these two roads is 140 km/h.
And from July 11, a toll regime will be introduced on the "Taldykorgan – Ust-Kamenogorsk" section. Users registered in Eskeldi, Aksu, Sarkand, Alakol, Urzhar, Ayagoz, Zharma and Ulan districts can obtain an annual subscription. On this road, the speed on category I-b sections is up to 110 km/h, and on category II sections – no more than 100 km/h.
