Coffee markets open, where the best coffee beans brought from around the world are sold. Here you can taste coffee prepared according to various recipes. Sake Day in Japan
In Japan, the day of the alcoholic beverage sake is celebrated. For wine-producing countries, autumn is grape harvest time. However, in Japan the situation is somewhat different: rice is used as the main raw material for the most popular hot drink. Today's holiday is not called Nihon-shu-no Hi for nothing; this word means Japanese wine day. The holiday was established in 1978 at the central meeting of the Japanese winemakers' union. In the country, in early October, rice fields yield a new harvest, and accordingly, a new wine year begins.
International Music Day
Today International Music Day is celebrated around the world. It is considered a holiday for singers and musicians, composers, music teachers and conservatory instructors, and students studying at music educational institutions, but ordinary music lovers can also celebrate it.
